I will introduce measures to increase worker’s control over working time flexibility and duration

I will work to protect the rights of remote workers to disconnect and ban invasive surveillance methods

Support Trade Unions, Collective Bargaining and Social Dialogue

I will defend and strengthen trade union and workers’ rights including the right to organise, collectively bargaining and strike

Improve Worker Safety

I will work to improve and expand EU occupational health and safety legislation to improve worker safety and achieve zero deaths at or caused by work
